Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

 

• In-Stock Items:
  Orders for in-stock items can be canceled at any time before they are packaged. Once packaging begins, the order is considered processed and can no longer be canceled. It will then fall under our return policy for store credit.
• Preorders:
  Preorders can be canceled up until the time the bulk order is placed with our supplier. After that point, the preorder cannot be canceled because production has begun.
• Customized or Personalized Items:
  All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production starts. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.
• General Note:
  If you need to request a cancellation, please email heatherjump@highkeycollective.com with your first and last name, order number, and item name as soon as possible.
