Shipping

Refund policy- We offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of item receipt.

Delivery policy- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is place. You will receive a tracking number. This tracking number allows USPS to be contacted if assistance is needed. High Key Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Return Policy- We offer shop credit within 14 days of receipt. Contact us via email at heatherjump@highkeycollective.com for return process.

HOLIDAY/SEASONAL MERCHANDISE is final sale. This merchandise is not returnable. 

Preorders taken with customization are not returnable. 

Cancellation Policy- Orders can be cancelled up until it is packaged. If order has been packaged it must be processed as a return before shop credit can be issued.

Local Pick up policy- Local pick up can be picked up at 1517 Hunters View Dr.  in Mt Zion. You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled. Once you have received this email your package is ready for pick up.

Returns:

We do our best to deliver amazing products you’ll love. We work hard to give the best customer service. We also understand sometimes things don’t work out.

               *Returns on unworn, unwashed, fragrance free products, in original packaging with tags attached are accepted when postmarked by 10 business days from the delivery date.

               *Returns are inspected upon delivery, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

               *Returns are eligible for store credit only

               *Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

               *Please include your packing slip and/or order number with the return. Return process cannot happen without it.

               *Any items rejected for return will require a reshipping fee. This reshipping fee will be at the customer's expense. We will contact you about this situation and allow 30 days for a response. If there is no response by the end of 30 days all items will be donated to charity.

 

Damaged or Defective item:

Please inspect order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item let us know within 3 business days. Please contact us via email at heatherjump@highkeycollective.com inserting “defective” or “damaged” in the subject line.

Please include your first and last name, order number, and product sku number or name of the item.

DO NOT return the item before contacting us.
